Hi I'm Xander freudenthaler, I grew up in Southern Oregon and moved to Bend a little over ten years ago. I'm just fininshing up my degree in computer science at COCC then in the fall I plan to transfer to Oregon State University to finish my degree. I'm taking this class as I'm expecting to take CS 290 which is about web development in the fall and I've done some work with web development in CS 162 but thought taking this class would better prepare me for the upcoming CS class.

Some of the goals for this class are learning more how to properly create and style webpages and learn more of the fundamentals to web design so I can be more confident in my skills when I have to take CS 290 later this summer. More of my background is I am just about to finish my degree here at COCC and I plan to concentrate on cybersecruity as my option once I get to Oregon State University. I've always liked things to do with computers and security itself is something that I have a passion for because it's not just about writing a program and then making a product it's dealing with how can we better secure things or looking into how something got broken into. To me it's a super facisnating field of study.
